Our current overseas focus is Baby & Kids Apparel.
A complete tech pack is helpful, but it is not the only possible starting point. 🔶 Labels, packaging, estimated quantity, target market and required delivery timing 🔶 Testing or inspection requirements, when applicable |
Fully Lucky reviews the buyer's product details, construction, materials or yarns, quantity, timing and target-market requirements before sampling.
We identify missing information, review the proposed production route and communicate the points that need buyer confirmation.
·
Within a buyer-defined product direction, support may include production-oriented adjustments to color, materials or yarns, size, selected construction details, print, embroidery or jacquard, trims, labels and packaging.
The buyer's product direction and design intent remain the starting point.
·
🟠 Requirement Review:
Review the available product, construction, material and order information.
🟠 Feasibility & Missing Information:
Identify decisions or details still needed before sampling.
🟠 Production-Oriented Adjustments:
Communicate feasible adjustments within the buyer-defined direction.
🟠 Sampling Basis:
Confirm the information and references against which the sample will be made and reviewed.
Fully Lucky begins sampling after the available product information has been reviewed and the initial material, construction and workmanship requirements are clear enough to proceed.
·
> 1. Confirm the Brief: Confirm the tech pack, reference, product brief and any information still needed.
> 2. Coordinate Materials & Trims: Review material or yarn, color, trims, labels and other relevant requirements.
> 3. Make the Sample: Produce the sample against the confirmed product information and references.
> 4. Review Feedback: Confirm feedback and any revision arrangements required for the specific project.
·
Sampling timing: Typical sampling is 7–14 days when product information is complete and materials are available.
Complex styles, special materials or additional material, trim or workmanship coordination may require longer.
·
Bulk production begins only after the pre-production sample and the relevant order requirements are confirmed.
Bulk lead time is counted from PPS approval, not from the first inquiry or first sample.
·
Additional confirmation points may be required according to the product category and the buyer's own approval process.
Fully Lucky's Shanghai team manages buyer communication, sampling coordination, production communication and order follow-up.
Fully Lucky's own sweater factory supports sweater production, while long-term partner factories support selected categories.
The production arrangement is reviewed according to the product and order requirements.
.
Bulk timing: Typical bulk production is 30–45 workdays after PPS approval.
Actual timing depends on product category, quantity, materials, workmanship, confirmation progress and other order requirements.
Use the following guidelines to assess whether a core-category project is within Fully Lucky's normal production range:
.
🔹 Sweater: 300 pcs per style per color
🔹 Cut & Sew / Woven: 500 pcs per style per color
🟢 Overall Order: Starts from 1,000 pcs
🟢 Mixed sizes are allowed.
🟢 Different styles can be combined within one overall order.
🔵 However, each style/color must still meet the minimum for its construction: 300 pieces for sweater or 500 pieces for cut & sew / woven.
🟢 MOQ for other categories is confirmed by project.
During bulk production, Fully Lucky's Shanghai team follows project status, communicates the production points that require buyer confirmation and coordinates the confirmed inspection stages for the specific order.
·

🔸 Order Follow-Up:

·
The inspection plan, testing requirements and any third-party involvement are confirmed for the specific product, target market and buyer process.
