Orders & MOQ

Q What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? A Flexible MOQ – Generally, we start from 100-500 pcs per style/color.

Q Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? A Yes, we encourage sample orders. This helps ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Sample fees apply but can be refunded on bulk orders.

Production & Delivery

Q What's the mass production lead time? A 30-45 working days after sample confirmation, adjustable by order quantity and product complexity.
Rush orders may be available—just ask.
Q How do you ship orders? A Whatever you need, we can handle it. We ship via sea freight, air freight, or international express.
Just let us know your deadline and preferred method, and we'll make sure it gets there.
Q Can you handle shipping to my country? A Yes, we export to North America, Europe, Australia, and many other regions.
We can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.

Q What are your payment terms? A We typically accept T/T before B/L release and L/C at 45 days.
