About Company
  • Q What does Fully Lucky Knitting & Automation Ltd do? A Fully Lucky is an apparel OEM manufacturer whose current overseas focus is Baby & Kids Apparel. We support brands and buyers with babywear, kidswear and knitwear projects based on tech packs, reference samples, existing styles or clear product requirements. Suitable projects in other categories can also be reviewed.
  • Q Do you have your own factory? A Our Shanghai team manages buyer communication, sampling coordination, production communication and order follow-up. Fully Lucky has its own sweater factory, while long-term partner factories support selected categories. The production arrangement is reviewed according to the product and order requirements.
  • Q Can we visit you? A Buyers may contact us to discuss a visit. The location, schedule and availability of the relevant office or production facility must be confirmed in advance.
  • Q Do you work with small businesses or only large brands? A We work with overseas brands and buyers of different sizes when the project fits our product scope, working model and MOQ requirements. A clear product brief and realistic order plan are more important than company size.
  • Q Where are your customers located? A Fully Lucky works with overseas brands and buyers. Our current new-business focus is primarily Europe and North America; this does not mean that all existing customers are located in those markets.
Products & Customization
  • Q What products do you make? A Our current overseas focus covers babywear and kidswear across relevant constructions, including fully fashioned sweaters and other knitwear, cut & sew garments and woven styles. Suitable Swimwear projects are actively considered, while Men's and Women's projects are reviewed selectively. Product feasibility is confirmed from the specific construction and order requirements.
  • Q Can you make my designs? A Yes. We work best from a tech pack, physical reference sample, existing style, clear product images or a structured product brief. We support sampling and production-oriented adjustments within the buyer's product direction; original collection design and trend development are not our core service.
  • Q Do you provide fabric sourcing? A We can coordinate fabric or yarn sourcing according to the confirmed product requirements. Availability, minimums, color, cost and timing depend on the selected material and supplier, so they are confirmed by project.
  • Q Can we add our logo or labels to the products? A Yes. Labels, logos, trims and packaging can be reviewed as part of the project when the buyer provides clear artwork, specifications and application requirements. Feasibility, minimums, cost and any compliance requirements are confirmed before production.
Orders & MOQ
  • Q What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? A Fully fashioned sweaters require 300 pieces per style per color. Cut & sew and woven styles require 500 pieces per style per color. Mixed sizes are allowed, and different styles may be combined within an overall order starting from 1,000 pieces, but each style/color must still meet its applicable 300- or 500-piece minimum. MOQ for other categories is confirmed by project.
  • Q Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? A Yes. A sample can be made for review before a bulk order after the product information and sampling requirements are confirmed. Sample cost and any related arrangements are agreed before sampling according to the project.
  • Q How long does sample production take? A Sampling typically takes 7–14 days when the product information is complete and the required materials are available. Complex styles, special materials or additional confirmation may require longer. The schedule is confirmed for the specific project.
Production & Delivery
  • Q What's the mass production lead time? A Bulk production typically takes 30–45 days after the pre-production sample (PPS) is approved. Actual timing depends on the product, materials, quantity, workmanship, confirmation progress and production schedule. The final timeline is confirmed for each order.
  • Q How do you ship orders? A Shipping methods are discussed according to the destination, order size, timing and buyer arrangement. The selected method, shipping terms, costs and responsibilities are confirmed for the specific order before shipment.
  • Q Can you handle shipping to my country? A We can review international shipping arrangements for the buyer's destination. Feasibility, required documents, responsibilities and delivery planning are confirmed according to the destination, order requirements and buyer arrangement. Delivery timing depends on the agreed shipment plan and carrier conditions.
Payment & Pricing
  • Q What are your payment terms? A Payment terms are confirmed for each order before production according to the agreed commercial arrangement. No single deposit percentage, payment method or schedule applies to every project.
  • Q Do you offer discounts for large orders? A Quantity can affect unit cost, but a larger order does not automatically receive a fixed discount. Pricing is reviewed by project based on quantity, material or yarn, construction, workmanship, packaging and other order requirements.
  • Q Is there a price list I can download? A We do not use one fixed price list for all OEM projects. Pricing is prepared from the specific product, quantity, material, construction, workmanship, packaging and delivery requirements.
  • Q What information do you need for a quote? A Please provide your company name, product category, estimated quantity, target market and required timing. Include a tech pack, reference sample, existing style, clear product images or a structured product brief, plus material, color, sizing, trim, label and packaging requirements when available.
Quality Control
  • Q How do you ensure product quality? A Quality requirements are confirmed during project review and pre-production sample (PPS) approval. Our workflow includes production communication, mid-production inspection and final inspection, with buyer-requested third-party inspection coordinated when required. The inspection and testing plan is confirmed for the specific order.
  • Q What if there's a quality issue with my order? A Please notify us promptly and provide photos, measurements or other relevant evidence. We review the issue against the approved sample, order specifications and available production or inspection records, confirm responsibility, and then discuss an appropriate solution.
  • Q Do you have any certifications? A Compliance, testing and documentation requirements vary by product and target market. We review them with the buyer for each project. Specific certificates or audit documents are only confirmed when their current holder, scope and validity have been verified.
Contact & Support
  • Q How to start cooperation with a quote? A Send your company name, product category, estimated quantity, target market and required timing, together with a tech pack, reference sample, existing style, clear product images or a structured product brief. We will review the available information and advise what is still needed before sampling or quotation.
  • Q Do you have a team I can talk to? A Yes. Our Shanghai team manages buyer communication, sampling coordination, production communication and order follow-up. Contact us with your project information so it can be directed to the relevant team member.
