Our Story

Fully Lucky’s apparel business began in Hong Kong in 2006, and we established our Shanghai operation in 2011.

Our early business focused on sweater trading and sourcing. As the business grew, we expanded from sourcing and production coordination into manufacturing and later established our own sweater factory.

How We Work Today

Today, our Shanghai team manages buyer communication, sampling coordination, production communication and order follow-up. Our own sweater factory supports sweater production, while long-term partner factories support selected categories according to the product and order requirements.

With more than 20 years of apparel industry experience, we focus on practical project review, clear production communication and reliable coordination throughout the order process.

Our Current Focus

Our current overseas focus is Baby & Kids Apparel OEM, supporting overseas brands and buyers with babywear, kidswear and knitwear projects.

We work best from a buyer’s tech pack, physical reference sample, existing style, clear product images or a structured product brief. Within the buyer’s product direction, our support can include sampling, production-oriented adjustments to materials or yarns, color, sizing, selected construction details, trims, labels and packaging, together with production communication and order follow-up.
