At Fully Lucky, we do not like active projects sitting still simply because the calendar says holiday.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, scheduled production continues for active projects at our factory.
For National Day, the factory takes October 1 off, and production support resumes afterward according to active project needs.

That attitude is not limited to the factory.

Lucy travels overseas to meet customers in person, understand their projects and stay close to what they are actually working on.

And when buyers come to China for factory visits or inspections, she stays close to the project here too.

From buyer communication and sampling coordination to production follow-up and on-site support, we believe someone should continue owning the next step.
