At Fully Lucky, our work starts with the buyer’s product direction.

We support projects based on tech packs, physical reference samples, existing styles, clear product images or structured product briefs. Rather than developing an original collection from scratch, our role is to help translate confirmed product requirements into practical sampling and production.

During development, we can support production-oriented adjustments to materials or yarns, colors, sizing, selected construction details, trims, labels and packaging according to the buyer’s requirements.

Our Shanghai team coordinates buyer communication, sampling and order follow-up.

Our own sweater factory supports sweater production, while long-term partner factories support selected categories according to the project.

Our current overseas focus is Baby & Kids Apparel OEM, including babywear, kidswear and knitwear projects.
